Q. Do you provide cleaning supplies?
A. We will supply all necessary cleaning products and equipment to efficiently clean your property. If you do prefer that we use your cleaning supplies, or if you have any special products that you need used; we are more than happy to accommodate your needs and use anything that you supply, simply just let us know upon your booking.
Q. Do you clean external to the home or business?
A. By prior arrangement we can tidy outdoor areas, such as apartment patios, water plants and sweep floors. Speak to us about your requirements at the time of your booking.
Q. Does someone have to be there during the cleaning?
A. No, you don’t have to be at the property during the cleaning duration. Many of our clients will organise a key collection service with us prior to their booking allocation, when we arrive at the property, we document the cleaning needed with photos prior to starting. Upon completion of the clean, we take completed photos and share these with out clients and return the key as per prior arrangement with our clients.
