We take photo evidence of all cleans, both before and after photos to show our customers who aren’t at home that their cleaning service is completed. Photos also assist us with any future enquiries and assist us with processing jobs and having evidence on hand with each different property clean.
Cleaning service types:
Cairns Supreme Cleaning charge by the hour with a 2-hour minimum booking requirement for each property on a weekly or fortnightly basis, we can also custom tailor a cleaning package for you within your budget.
Cairns Supreme Cleaning bring with us all our own cleaning materials and equipment on the day of service, this includes a vacuum cleaner, sanitized mop and bucket and other sprays and liquids, so our customers have peace of mind we’re not using your own products.

Cancellation and rescheduling policy:
When choosing to engage Cairns Supreme Cleaning you agree and accept our cancellation terms and conditions. We reserve an appointment time and day exclusively for you. If you cancel within 24 hours prior to that booking time, you will forfeit 50% of your cleaning fee.
